Rugby

Rugby - a favorite game in many parts of the world, Rugby is gaining a loyal audience of fans and players in America as well.   There are many Rugby leagues across the states.

The Kangaroo Kage® is an ideal way for the rugby player to practice his "scoop and toss" technique.  You can line up the whole team and have the first person run and throw the ball into the Kage, then get back to the end of the line.  The next guy has to field the bouncing ball coming out of the Kage and toss it in on the run, and the next and the next person the same.  To increase difficulty and fun, just toss the ball to different targets within the Kangaroo Kage®, such as the side walls instead of the back of the Kangaroo Kage®.  This will put a new spin on the football and make it harder to judge.

Also, the Kangaroo Kage® makes a great kicking practice target, one that will let you kick into it over and over and always give it back to you.  Or you can kick into it and then practice the "scoop and run" as it bounces out of the Kangaroo Kage®.

It is great for a youngster to learn handling the odd bounces and to control the point of aim for kicks and throws by adjusting the target.
